Daily Mail is reporting that Harper, David and Brooklyn (and maybe more of the family) attended a concert where Lady Gaga was performing and that Harper is a major Gaga fan and loves to sing and dance to her music. Perhaps this tutu was worn to the concert? There are pics at DailyMail.com but she is wearing a coat and no tutu can be seen. Check it out tho. :-)
