Update: April 2017: Harper dines at Nobu

Harper Seven Beckham and Family went out for an early dinner celebration of Victoria's BD at her favorite restaurant Nobu in Santa Monica on April 16th 2017.

Harper was wearing Stripe Peasant Dress from Victoria Beckham for Target Collection and Brown Clogs from Bonton for Bosa SS15 collaboration (first seen on April 1st 2017).
