later Harper was spotted arriving to Nobu restaurant in Malibu.

Harper was wearing Gold Star Dress and Enid Glitter Shoes FW13 by Stella McCartney.

Yep, this dress looks familiar, Harper has worn a similar version with silver dots back in April 2012.
